Although innovation is an important precondition for staying relevant and generating growth, individuals are often resistant to it. Innovation resistance is often the result of different psychological factors – for instance, risk aversion, status-quo bias, inertia, etc. We use our expertise in applied behavioral research to identify the barriers to innovation and to design interventions that nudge people to innovate or be open to innovations.
