Nino Khachapuridze

Nino has more than 15 years of professional experience in Private and Non-Governmental sectors which includes working as a part of the management team and leading HR department of the largest insurance company in Georgia and at the same time working with different organizations as a management consultant and trainer supporting them in various transformations. During this period Nino has led large scale projects of Human Recourse Management as well as General Management, she has introduced innovative practices like Employer Branding, Performance Management, and Competence Models, Intercultural and Diversity Management, Organizational Restructuring and Culture, Change Management and Gender Equality in the workplace which have won several awards from local and international organizations (such as UN Women and Millennium Challenge Foundation (Business for Gender Equality Award)). In 2015 through GPI Holding Nino has established network of HR Directors of more than 100 large organizations (from different sectors) which has set high standard of professional networks in Georgia. She has utilized this networking and experience sharing platform to provide colleagues with not just information about modern trends in HR and Management but also practical case studies of implementing these innovations in local organizational environments and using them to positively affect employee behavior and results. Nino’s passion for knowledge sharing has led her to not just consulting and private training projects but also to teaching in the universities (Tbilisi State University and Ilia State University) and working with students as an invited lecturer on the topics of Organizational Behavior, Strategic HR Management and Fundamentals of Management. Nino has been awarded degree of MBA with distinction from Grenoble Ecole de Management with the specialization in Management Consulting, she also holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Work and Organizational Psychology from Tbilisi State University, as well as Master’s certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University School of Business.
