Irakli brings twenty years of cross-sectoral and international experience in improving public policy outcomes. He has advised governments and heads of states in Europe and Asia on the issues of public policy and reform design and delivery. Apart from international consulting work, Irakli served as Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure and Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, which gives him the first hand policy making experience. Irakli was introduced to Design Thinking methodology at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design in 2014 and has since used it in his private and public consulting work related to CX, product and service innovation and innovation management. He is a founder of “LOUD & SILENT FUTURES” an innovation consultancy. Irakli holds MBA with concentration in Management Consulting and BA in International Relations with Honors.
